CAJobResource will retain your personal information for as long as is required to fulfill the purposes outlined above, unless a longer retention period is mandated or permitted by law. CAJobResource may delete or de-identify your information earlier if we receive a verifiable deletion request in compliance with the law, subject to exemptions under applicable law. The retention period that applies to your information may vary depending on the Services you use and your interactions with them. CAJobResource may retain cached or archived copies of your information.

Canadian law gives consumers the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information by businesses.
